Sun and Sand

It’s time to let you in on a little secret. Once you step foot on our beaches, they get harder and harder to leave. So, grab your shades, kick off your shoes, and let the waves be your soundtrack.

Sun and Sand

FORT ERIE

Bay Beach

Bay Beach, located in Crystal Beach, has a vast sandy area with clear water and major components like washroom facilities complete with lockers and changerooms, a playground and water bottle filling station, and an accessible ramp down to the beach mats.

Waverly Beach

Waverly Beach is located along the Friendship Trail and next to the site of the former Erie Beach Amusement Park, which was a popular attraction at the turn of the twentieth century for Canadians and Americans alike.

PORT COLBORNE

Nickel Beach

An outing at Nickel Beach in Port Colborne is a perfect way to spend a lovely summer day. The waters of Lake Erie meet the shore on this idyllic beach. Walk along the sandy stretch, enjoy a dip in the clear waters, play some games, or relish a picnic basket on the shore.

Centennial-Cedar Bay Beach

Centennial-Cedar Bay Beach is located on Vimy Road, at the southern end of Cedar Bay Road. It features two outdoor picnic pavilions, washrooms, tennis courts, volleyball courts including beach volleyball, horseshoe rings, and a sandy beach.

WAINFLEET

Long Beach

One of the area’s hidden gems, Long Beach is perfect for memory-building with ample space to camp, swim, sunbathe, fish, sailboard or jet-ski. With only 225 serviced and unserviced campsites, the seasonal campgrounds at Long Beach typically sell out in a hurry, so don’t put off booking your stay!

Reebs Bay Beach

Along with Regional Beach, Reebs Bay Beach is one of two public beaches along the north shore of Lake Erie in the Township of Wainfleet.
